Randolph County YMCA

Silver Sneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that’s included with many Medicare Advantage plans. Silver Sneakers mission is to encourage older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health.

The Randolph County YMCA is a participant of Silver Sneakers and will provide a Free Adult Annual Membership to all eligible members. All you need to do is verify you are eligible, by bringing in your 16 digit Silver Sneakers card, and fill out a membership application.
