Self Defense For Females
4 Hour Course
Head Instructor – Cobie Wells: 21 years martial arts experience, 7th degree black belt in Combat Jujitsu, 19 years law enforcement training
Cost: $50 Y members; $60 Program Participants
Participants must be 12 years old or older, children ages 10 or 11 may participate if accompanied by a parent.
Class will meet on Saturday, December 21st from 10:30 AM-2:30 PM at the Randolph County YMCA.
The course will teach self awareness with each student being introduced to the 5 steps of force escalation. Students will be taught basic escapes and defenses against would be attackers. This is a hands on course geared toward teaching how to prevent and survive an attack. Please register by Monday, December16th.
