Silver&Fit

Silver&Fit is a health and fitness program designed specifically for older adults. You may get access to Silver&Fit as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies’ Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans.

The Randolph County YMCA is a participant of Silver&Fit and will provide a Free Adult Membership to all eligible members. All you need to do is verify you are eligible, by bringing in your Fitness ID and fill out a membership application.
