Group Exercise

We have a variety of Group Exercise classes including strength, cardio, and flexibility training that will help you reach your fitness goals! An instructor will lead you through a workout and help make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. These classes are a great way to keep motivated with other people who are improving their physical health through exercise. All of our classes are free to members and $5 for non members.


Chair Exercise is a class that uses a chair to assist with balance on the movements. This is great way to keep the muscles moving and mobile. Join us on Tuesday mornings starting January 17, 2017!
